The one worth reading twice
Supershift sells on being on-device: no account, no internet needed, your schedule is yours. All of that is on the listing and all of it is true. Also on the listing, further down, is Apple's privacy section, which declares data that may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Those two things can both be true — the schedule staying local does not stop other data leaving. It is simply worth knowing which you were sold.
What an account costs you
My Shift Planner's subscription and cloud backup mean an account, and an account means your rota exists somewhere other than your hand. For most jobs that is a fair trade. For this one, your schedule is a document about where you will be and when.
BlueShifts
No account to make, nothing collected, no advertising, and the schedule stays on the phone. The cost of that is the honest one: there is no cloud restore.
