What they do
Supershift shares a schedule with friends, family or colleagues, and reviewers describe the practical route: the shifts land in the phone's own calendar and travel on from there into whatever the household already shares. My Shift Planner has live sharing of your pattern on its Pro tier, so a partner sees the rota rather than a snapshot.
The part nobody thinks about until it matters
A work calendar shared whole carries everything written on it. On a police calendar that can be the detail you worked, what it paid, and the court you sat at — going into a family calendar that may itself be shared onward to somebody you have never met.
