How to cancel My Shift Planner Pro

First, the thing that catches people

My Shift Planner's Pro Pack is a subscription, not a purchase. The app's own FAQ describes a monthly or an annual option, with an annual discount, and a first week that is free — after which it converts automatically into a paid subscription. That automatic conversion is why most people arrive at this page: the trial ended quietly and the charge turned up.

Removing the app from your phone does not stop the billing. The subscription is held by the store, so it has to be cancelled in the store.

On an iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap My Shift Planner.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If it is not in the list, it was bought under a different Apple Account — check the one you were signed in with when you subscribed.

On Android

1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap My Shift Planner, then Cancel subscription.

What happens to your shifts

Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period you have already paid for; the Pro features stay on until then. The calendar itself does not disappear, but the features the Pro Pack gates do — on their own listing those include device calendar sync, pay tracking, advanced reporting and sharing.

If you had shifts copied into your phone calendar, the app's FAQ says turning Calendar Sync off should remove the copied shifts, and there is a clear option for emptying a chosen calendar. Do that before you cancel if you want the phone calendar left tidy.
