The shape of it
Pro is sold as a subscription: monthly, or annually at a discount their FAQ puts at a third off. The first week is free and then converts automatically to the paid plan you picked. The number itself appears on the store page in your own currency, which is the only place worth reading it — app prices move and third-party sites go stale.
What sits behind it
From the app's own listings, the Pro Pack covers pay tracking, advanced reporting, extra customisation, device calendar sync and sharing; their support material also puts multiple patterns in one calendar and annual leave tracking on that side of the line, and Pro removes the advertising.
The free tier is not crippled — the calendar, the patterns, the shift types and the reminders are all there. What you are buying is the sync, the money features and the quiet.

The question underneath
Most people asking what it costs are really asking whether it is worth it for what they do. If you work a rotation and nothing else, the free tier probably already does the job. If you are paying to track money, it is worth knowing what the money features actually record: estimated earnings from an hourly rate, and overtime against a weekly or monthly threshold.
BlueShifts does not track your overtime and does not hold your regular duty pay. What it keeps is the other half of the week: each paid duty job under the employer who hired you, and a PDF of it when you need one.
