Moving from My Shift Planner to BlueShifts
The rotation is the only thing you genuinely have to re-enter, and it is one screen.
Find your pattern
My Shift Planner names its library patterns by their shape. The same shapes have names on a police roster, and those are the ones BlueShifts uses:

What to do before you delete anything
- Cancel the subscription first if you have one. Deleting the app does not stop the billing.
- Turn Calendar Sync off so the copied shifts come back out of your phone calendar, or you will be reading two rotas at once.
- Note your cycle start date. The first working day of a block you can verify. It is the one number you need on the other side.

What does not come with you
Timesheets, leave balances and the estimated-earnings figures stay where they are. BlueShifts does not do those, and pretending otherwise would waste your afternoon.
BlueShifts starts in the same place — a repeating rotation drawn on a month — and then covers the part of the job a general shift calendar was never asked to hold: the paid duty jobs, by employer, with the hours, the pay, the kilometres and whether the money has actually arrived.
