Supershift is not syncing

Cloud sync is between your own devices

Supershift's cloud sync is optional and it does one job: keeping an iPhone and an iPad showing the same schedule, and restoring your data when you get a new device. It is a Pro feature. It is not a route into Google Calendar, and it is not sharing.

Your phone calendar is a copy

Getting shifts into the phone's own calendar — and from there into whatever the household shares — is a separate mechanism. Reviewers describe shifts appearing in the iPhone calendar and flowing on to a shared calendar from there. If your family cannot see your shifts, that chain is where it broke, not cloud sync.

Check in this order

1. Same account, both devices, and Pro active on the one you are looking at.
2. The calendar you are writing into is switched on in the phone's own calendar settings — shifts in a hidden calendar look identical to shifts that never arrived.
3. On the other person's phone, the shared calendar invitation has actually been accepted. Reviewers report that changes need accepting on the far end.

The thing behind all of this

Every sync is a copy, and every copy is another place your schedule can be wrong. It is worth knowing which one you are actually reading.

BlueShifts starts in the same place — a repeating rotation drawn on a month — and then covers the part of the job a general shift calendar was never asked to hold: the paid duty jobs, by employer, with the hours, the pay, the kilometres and whether the money has actually arrived.
