Not a roster — a week you build

Most officers work a day schedule with evening field work bolted on, plus a rotating on-call or warrant week. If your agency runs a fixed pattern you can save it once and let it fill in; if it does not, you build the month from the days as they land.

Either way the value is the same: one place that holds court, field days, on-call and training instead of four.

Court is most of it

Violation hearings, revocations, sentencings, reviews — across several courtrooms and sometimes several counties. Court is a category from the day you install the app, the address auto-fills from your saved court list, and the case details go in the notes on the event.

Alerts run from five minutes to a week ahead, which matters when a hearing is set two months out.

On-call weeks

A warrant or duty week looks like an ordinary week on paper. Give it its own category and color and it stops disappearing — on the month ahead, and in the record of the year behind you.

The miles

Field work in a rural district produces serious mileage. Where you drive your own vehicle, the app takes the miles and the rate per mile and works out the total. Where the agency charges you for a state vehicle, that goes in the same way as a per-mile figure. Which of the two applies is set by your agency, not by us.

Training and certification

Firearms where you carry, defensive tactics, case management, annual certifications. Scheduled ahead, easily lost among field days. It goes in the training category with an alert.

What stays on the phone

Nothing you enter leaves the device unless you choose to share it, and what you can share never includes financial information. This is a calendar for your own week, not a case management system — keep anything covered by your agency's records policy where that policy says it belongs.
