Supershift has my rotation on the wrong day

How it works, and why that is the failure

Supershift's own description of its rotation handling is that you define the pattern once and apply it up to two years ahead. That is exactly the right design, and it means the day you anchor it to is the single most important field in the app. Anchor it to the day you installed the app rather than the first day of a block, and every month after is out by the same amount.

The fix

1. Open the rotation you defined rather than editing individual days — correcting days one at a time buries the fault instead of fixing it.
2. Set the rotation to begin on the first working day of a cycle you can verify.
3. Check a month you know cold: a holiday you worked, or a weekend you had off.

If it is right for a while and then drifts

That is a cycle length problem rather than a start problem — the pattern has the right blocks but the wrong total number of days, so it slips one turn at a time. Count the full cycle, including the change from days to nights, before you re-enter it.

The check nobody can do for you

A general shift calendar has no idea what your department works, so a start date a day out is just a start date to it.
