Shift differential of $0.75 an hour is paid only to regular patrol officers who are regularly SCHEDULED to work between 7pm and 7am, and never for overtime or leave time. Officers get shift assignment preference by seniority after eighteen months of continuous full-time employment, and 104 holiday hours a year are credited into the work schedule rather than taken as fixed days.
