TSA shift schedule at Seattle Paine Field International Airport
The hours, the tours and how the days off are decided for TSA officers at PAE — taken from the agency’s own airport fact sheet, not from a jobs board.
TSA publishes a fact sheet for every airport it screens, and it sets out the tours worked at that one. Here is what PAE publishes, and what it looks like in the app.
TSA's own airport fact sheet states that Paine Field "maintains a 17.5 hours a day, a seven days per week flight schedule" with "morning, afternoon, and evening hours", that "PAE is currently assessing candidates for part-time positions", and that "part-time positions are 25 hours per week tour of duty. The number of workdays with work hours per day will vary depending on the needs of the airport for morning and evening shifts."
Sunday to Saturday, twice — the same order the calendar runs in.

September 2026
The two days off in the month above are an example, and that is the point. THE TOUR ITSELF VARIES HERE, not just the days off: TSA states the number of workdays and the hours per day change with the airport's needs. Twenty-five hours a week can be five fives one week and something else the next, which is a stronger case for keeping your own calendar than any fixed pattern. You mark your own two days once and the year fills itself in.
