Trainee class: NO separate lower recruit/cadet rate used; Probationary Patrol Officer is the bottom officer line in the current agreement. Current City/FOP agreement governs Warwick Police Department sworn ranks.
Entry-level base salary only. Overtime, bonuses, education incentives, shift
differentials, locality pay and lateral rates are excluded, so most officers earn more
