Two things, both called sync
Supershift's cloud sync is device-to-device: it keeps an iPhone and an iPad showing the same schedule and restores your data onto a new handset. It is not a route into Google Calendar. My Shift Planner's calendar sync is the other kind — it copies your shifts into a calendar on your phone, which is what makes them shareable with a household. Both sit behind the paid tier.
Where BlueShifts loses this one
Squarely. There is no desktop version, and syncing is not what this app is for. If your life runs through a shared Google calendar, My Shift Planner's Pro tier does that job and this app does not.
The thing worth weighing anyway
Every sync is a copy, and every copy is another place your schedule can be wrong — which is why the commonest complaint about both is shifts that are in one calendar and not the other. A schedule that lives in one place cannot disagree with itself.
