All three draw a repeating rotation. The difference is what they can check it against.

Where they are level
Any of the three will draw a rotation and carry it forward. Supershift names its patterns the way the trade does and applies a defined rotation two years out. My Shift Planner ships a library by shape and lets you edit a pattern after picking it, which is genuinely useful when your cycle is nearly but not quite a standard one.
Where they are not
Both of them take your word for it. You choose a shape, you type a start date, and the app draws whatever you told it. Neither has any idea what your department actually works, which is why the commonest fault in both is a calendar that is the right shape and one day out for two years.
BlueShifts carries the same rotations, and for a growing list of departments it also carries what that employer publishes about its own cycle, on the agency's page, in the employer's words. That is not a nicety. It is the only way to check your own entry without waiting for the month to prove you wrong.
Where BlueShifts loses this one
Split shifts. My Shift Planner has a split shift type and BlueShifts does not — there are three shift types here, a day, a night and a 24-hour tour. If your day is broken in two, that matters.
