Re-read 6 September 2026 and unchanged: CSP's own pay page puts cadets at $6,754 a month during the training academy and Troopers at $7,635 a month on graduation, so $7,635 x 12 = $91,620 a year. The page states plainly that all cadets begin at the same starting salary regardless of previous experience, which settles the entry test; the separate 14-week lateral academy is for officers already Colorado POST certified.
