The posting carries a four-column table: **Police Officer 1 | Starting Pay $29.69 | Full Pay Range $66,390-$96,265 | 0-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.** Above it sit Police Officer 2 ($33.58, 3-5 years) and Police Officer 3 ($37.98, 6+ years). **LEHI RUNS ON 2,236 HOURS A YEAR, NOT 2,080** — officers work 86 hours every two weeks, and the posting confirms the basis in writing: “city paid retirement (BASED ON 2236 HOURS/YEAR)”. $29.69 x 2,236 = $66,386.84, which is the city's printed $66,390. At 2,080 the same rate would read $61,755, so the basis is worth $4,635 here.
