Sharing your My Shift Planner rota with your wife or family
There are two routes, they behave differently, and one of them is behind the subscription.
Route one: live sharing
The app's own material describes sharing your shift pattern with a partner, family or colleagues, so they see the rota rather than a snapshot of it. It sits with the Pro features.
Route two: through the phone calendar
Device calendar sync copies your shifts into a calendar on your phone, and a calendar on your phone can be shared the ordinary way — a shared iCloud or Google calendar the household already uses. The sync is a Pro feature too.
One thing reviewers report about the shared-calendar route generally: a change you make on your side may have to be accepted on theirs before it shows up. It is a copy of a copy.

What the other person actually sees
Worth deciding before you share anything. A shared work calendar usually carries everything on it — and on a police calendar that can include what you earned, where you worked the detail, and which court you were at.
