What Wyoming Highway Patrol does
The Wyoming Highway Patrol has served since 1933, when seven patrolmen were charged with enforcing the state's motor vehicle and highway laws. It is a division of the Wyoming Department of Transportation and acts as the state's de facto police force, with troopers working ten-hour shifts four days a week and a drone programme run mainly by its Crash Investigation Team.
